Steam or Sauna

Question:
I have heard that taking a steam or sauna after a workout helps relieve the body of built up lactic acid. Also that you actually burn calories when in either of these. Can anyone elaborate, or know which is better, the Sauna or steam ?


Answer:
the Soviets found that dry heat is always better. It is even good for an Aerobic effect.
