Question:
Is there any vendor that can sell the materials for erecting a child
pool protection fence? Most I have seen include the labor as mandatory
(basically to drill the holes and do the "initial" installation).
We are just starting to build our pool, so it is not a problem for me
to ask our contractor to drill 4 inch deep holes every 30 inches
around the pool, install any permanent materials and then after that
install/remove the fence as needed.

Most cities and suburbs nowadays publish
specifications for childproof fences or
mandate them for building permits to instal
a pool. So the specifications are free and
it seems likely local lumberyards sell kits
that meet specifications.
