Question:
I forget what we're supposed to look under -

Answer:
I think it's called hyperthermia, Magoo, and heat can actually be very
helpful, in lots of ways (although I agree that extreme exposure to high
heat, or heatstroke, ain't a good thing!) I go to a steam room at least
twice a week, because the heat's so good for my body. I sleep better,
and just feel better in general after I've been steaming.
I have a site I've been meaning to pass on, in the thread that talks
about taking water exercises in WARM pools, but this thread will do as
well. It's a commercial site, of course, from a suana manufacturer, but
the info in it's good anyway. Doesn't mean you have to buy a sauna from
them. LOL It's called MEDICAL INFO from the CLINE MEDICAL CENTER,
Nanaimo, British Columbia Canada.
