Answer:
I made a whole list of them in posts after my cruise on Constellation.
Some of these are the placement and function of the solarium pool, the
round windows, the photo gallery and the kiosks in the shops are
straight from an RCI styled ship, the compromises made to the placement
of public rooms, and "glass tower" areas including the glass elevators,
the cots in the bedrooms compared to the mattresses on previous
Celebrity ships. There are no doubt, inside and out, that the Millie
class is a modification of the RCI Radiance class, especially if you
compare a Millie ship to a Century class ship. FWIW, I've seen
"favorite" ship pools on Celebrity pools and the Century class ships are
favored by many Celebrity fans over the Millie class ships.
