What is the wave length of the heat bulbs? They are probably infared bulbs and can be very damaging to the skin.

Question:
I am thinking about trying to build a sauna in my home for recovery/relaxation purposes. Looking around the Web has revealed several different types of kits you can buy to build an actual stand-alone sauna. However, the simplest method I have found involves ust buying some heat bulbs and activating them in a small room such a closet or bathroom. However, I am not entirely sure how safe this would be and was hoping I could get some for your opinions.

Answer:
There is an exotic type of heater which emits far infra red wave lengths. These are expensive and reputed to be of very great theraputic value. What is interesting about them is that they heat YOU instead of the air. Therefore you sweat a lot more and the air in the sauna is much cooler. Which is great because the hot air is uncomfortable for many people's lungs.

DON'T experiment with putting very hot objects into small rooms. For my muscles I have used infared sauna, intra muscular magnesiam shots, malic acid, guaifenisen, fibromyalgia formulas and zanaflex and Klonipin, and an experimental heparin treatment. So I feel that over the years I have given everything a good shot and have made tremendous improvements but cannot function with abx. When I go off abx or even lower my dose within 6-7 days symptoms return and continue to worsen until I start to lose cognitive functioning. What advise can you give me as to why I cannot function without abx. I personally think I will be on them for the rest of my life unless some other curative therapy comes along.
