Will anyone be training as the new year comes in?


Answer:
I almost forgot to mention that this type of body stress training relates to mitsogi and mitsogi berai training like chanting in seiza for 45 min. and then leaping to your feet. It helps move the arteries deeper into the muscle mass and protects from cuts,bruises and temperature exposure. We started taking only cold showers and baths in November and sometimes plunged into unheated swimming pools as conditioning. Something like Swedish polar bear club training or cold plunge sauna. When you hit the water you can feel your pores slam shut and the water feels very hot for some reason. I have a fun tale of an annex I worked at and had control of the heat on the work floor but others controlled the heat in the office. I'd set the work floor heat to my polar bear -ish taste and as I worked in a t-shirt, they all wore jackets. Meanwhile, the office was kept hot like a sauna, with portable heaters under their desks, 5 kilowatts' worth or more. No telling how many cubic feet of natural gas I conserved by setting the heat for a polar bear's taste. I surely conserved more than the office workers wasted.
